A third bedroom, a double with extra bed, is reached by a separate outside staircase washing machine located under this staircase.  The owners can lend bikes (adult/children) and helmets. GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Charming thatched cottage close to shops and beaches Position: Under a mile from the sheltered sandy beach of Pouldohan and a similar distance from Trégunc for shops, supermarket and restaurants, with Concarneau about three and a half miles away, with its walled old town, fishing harbour and good choice of shops and restaurants. Fifteen minute walk to a tidal creek from which a coastal path leads to Pouldohan beach. Set in a large garden, with garden furniture and barbecue, at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
