Anglais: Located at exit 40 on the A8 motorway (direction Théoule-Mandelieu) in a beautiful residence, 1.5 km from the centre Théoule Sur Mer. Théoule sur Mer is a charming seaside resort surrounded by the red rocks of the Esterel. The strong colours are reflected in the warm light that bathes the region and has inspired a history of painters. Théoule sur Mer is only 10 km from lively Cannes and 45 km from Nice.

Vallauris-Golfe Juan. 18 km. Set in the hills above the magnificent Golfe Juan, with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, the lles de Lérins and the Esterel mountains. The old Vallauris oozes Mediterranean charm and boasts a tradition of pottery. Picasso spent ten years here.
Antibes-Juan les Pins. 21 km. Two towns in one! Antibes with its vibrant historic centre with narrow winding streets, a good choice of restaurants, cafés, theatres, piano bars, chic hotels, private clubs and Picasso museum, and Juan les Pins renowned for its gorgeous beaches, exciting nightlife with fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping. Also Cap d''Antibes, a small piece of paradise, home to a number of millionaires.
Biot. 29 km. Beautiful and picturesque little village best known for its glassware.

Golf de Valescure, Mougins. 19 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 68 - 5061m. One of the oldest golf courses in France, a British-style course which requires great accuracy. Several major golfing tournaments are held here.
La Jungle des Papillons, Antibes. 29 km. Tropical greenhouse with reconstructed jungle with butterflies, ant farm, reptile house, sea turtles... Not to be missed: the parrots show.
Canyon Forest, Villeneuve Loubet. 32 km. Tree top adventure park/Canyoning. Acrobatic adventure park for the young (8 yrs old+) and not so young. Discover at your own pace the 4 trails on offer after an enjoyable 10mn bike ride along a river. Going from tree to tree, balance yourself through an assortment of games such as rope bridges, tarzan swings and giant zip lines, including for the bravest, the longest zip line in France (331m) where you can expect to reach a maximum speed of 70 km/h! Canyoning also available. For the little ones, Pitchoun Forest is a more accessible course for children aged 3 to 10. Larger, more secure and more amusing with an easier access.
Le Labyrinthe de lÂ’Aventure, Villeneuve Loubet. 32 km. A giant maze with 4 kilometres of alleys and dead ends, in which games are hidden for the little ones and the bigger ones!

Nice. 44 km. Fashionable and unmissable seaside resort with its wonderful “Promenade des Anglais”, a long boulevard along the seaside dotted with palm trees, its old town with pretty colourful architecture and narrow streets. Take a stroll along the flower market in the “Cours Saleya”, restaurants serving Mediterranean and sea food and bars. Nice is cool in winter and hot in summer!!!
Tourrettes sur Loup. 47 km. Charming hill top medieval village known as the Violet village and surrounded by superb landscapes. Well worth a detour.
Monaco. 67 km. One of the most famous and glamorous cities in the world with its casino at Monte Carlo, F1 Grand Prix each May, tennis tournament and of course its incredible nightlife.
