Boulder Cove Cottages are open year round with great shoulder season prices. We have special packages prepared for each season so watch for them as the seasons change.

Prices are based on occupancy of 2 adults. Children 18 years of age and under stay free of charge with adults.

Each additional adult is $10.00 a night or $50.00 a week All prices do not include 15% HST.

All bookings are guaranteed and require a 25% deposit to hold. Cancellation policy is 48 hours for nightly rental, 10 days notice for weekly and holiday rentals

All cottages are non smoking If this policy is not respected you will be charged $75.00 for additional cleaning and air purifying. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation we require 48 hours notice for nightly stays and 10 days notice for weekly and holiday stays. If you do not cancel in time you forfeit your deposit and we will charge you the full amount for the reservation if the cottage can not be rebooked. Any bookings of more than 3 cottages at the same time we require 10 days notice of a cancellation. If you do not cancel in time you will be charged for the rooms which are not rebooked.
