GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Bath or shower for every bedroom, convenient location Position: Situated in the village of Plazac with its local shop with bakery, organic grocery, cafe/bar and post office, all a short stroll away, as well as tennis courts nearby. Rouffignac with its more extensive shops and its Sunday farmers market is about four miles away, with Montignac and Les Eyzies both about ten miles away and Sarlat about 20 miles. There are many walks to enjoy in the area and a map of the various tracks and suggested walks will be provided. Golf course of St Felix 10 miles away. This lovely old house is built of stone in typical Périgourdine style. Secluded and partly walled garden at the back of the house with a kidney shaped private swimming pool (9x5.5m 01/05-24/09), sun loungers, covered eating out area, pleasant views over the surrounding countryside and a gravel patio with teak garden furniture and barbecue. The friendly owner lives in an adjoining but completely self-contained house with separate driveway and entrance.
