A typical village of the Brittany region, with 17 km of rugged and unspoilt coastline and a beautiful architectural heritage, it enjoys a splendid location on the edge of a sandy beach which is naturally protected from the sea [breeze]. The Residence, opposite the sea on the edge of a magnificent fine, sandy beach, is situated in the little hamlet known as Saint Samson en Plougasnou, 4.5 km from the nearest shops. This new leaseback residence consists of 56 apartments. The large picture windows and terraces of the apartments offer a spectacular view of the sheltered cove. Amenities of the complex include an indoor heated swimming pool and a fitness room, both facing the ocean and free of charge; a laundry (use for a fee) and a free outdoor parking lot (with a limited number of spaces. Anglais: Plougasnou is a commune in the Finistère department of Bretagne, in northwestern France. It lies 60 kilometers from Brest and 77 kilometers from St Brieuc. Places worth visiting include: Morlaix Bay, which is an ever changing image. Its landscape is dotted with islets and rocky spurs jutting out of the water, while the perpetual flux of the sea constantly redraws the outline of the rugged coastline. Batz Island: one highlight of the island is the Garden of George-Delaselle, where thousands of Mediterranean and sub-tropical plants thrive in the warm climate. Château du Taureau at Carantec: a journey back to the heart of history, with memories of a bay which kept its treasures of nature intact plus thalasso therapy (sea water treatment) at Roscoff.
