Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of £200 or 20% whichever is the greater must be paid within 5 days to secure your dates. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer, details on request. Full payment, including a refundable security deposit of £200, is required 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. For stays of less than 7 days, please add a cleaning fee of US$100. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 10 weeks of the arrival date at the villa will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 10 weeks of the arrival date will be liable for the total cost of their holiday booking. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

No pets are allowed at the villa. Guests found to have pets at the villa will incur the total loss of their security deposit as a minimum and will be liable for any additional costs of any specialist cleaning that is required. The villa is a complete no smoking area. Any guest found to have been smoking in the villa will incur the total loss of their security deposit.
