Payment:

Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of a payment. Most people elect to pay for their entire stay at the time of booking, as they do when booking on internet booking sites. This is preferred, however, a first night booking deposit is acceptable, if required.

15 December to 15 January:

Full payment or 3 nights accommodation (whichever is less) is required in advance. There is a no refund policy during this busy period. Cancellation Policy: Tariffs can only be refunded if cancellation is made a minimum of 14 days prior to commencement of your stay. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
