The house is on the way to Les Sables d'Olonne where there are plenty of shops, markets and supermarkets as well as a sandy beach and the famous salt marshes. Overlooking fields and extensive grounds the house has a private garden with barbecue and garden furniture and a large terrace with a covered swimming pool (8x4m, 26/03-29/10). The driveway is shared with the owners who live next door with their retriever dog. Children's play area with swings, slide, basketball and table tennis. Boule pitch. Bikes can be hired locally. Large pond for fishing (bring your own equipment).
