All rates are in US Dollars. 11% Mexican Sales Tax to be added to rental cost. Rules: No smoking allowed within condo or on condo deck. SMOKING RESULTS IN LOSS OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT. No pets allowed in condo. Small Grocery items - may be purchased and placed in your condo prior to your arrival for a fee. Please inquire. Golf Cart may be rented for use around the property - please inquire. Rental Rate does not include daily housekeeping - however daily housekeeping may be available at a price to be determined. Please inquire. Renters must sign a 'Short Term Rental Agreement' and deliver to Owner or Owner's Agent prior to Check in Renters must abide by the rules of the Condomium Association, including those rules outlined in the Short Term Rental Agreement
