Cancellation Policy: $75 fee for any cancellation and a minimum 60 day cancellation notice is required or the deposit is not refundable.
Rules: No skateboarding or rollerblading under the building, no towels on the balconies and no kids under 13 in spa.We have no facialites for parking boats or trailers.
