Accommodation expenses - 0.6 € / person/ night

Costs (water, electricity) -5 € a day during the summer and 8 €a day in the winter (winter: from October up to and including 30th April)

Bedroom and kitchen linen, cleaning -30 €

A deposit of 250 € has to be paid cash on the day of your arrival at the latest. This deposit will be paid back on your bank account within 14 days after your departure, in case:

- No damage was caused to the building or the furnishings.

- No excessive use of water, electricity and internet was made. Rent per week: Arrival and departure: From Saturday afternoon (4 p.m. at the earliest) till Saturday morning (10.30 a.m. at the latest). Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail (to annulation@festijazz.be), so that the tenant can replace himself by any other person who wants to rent according to the same terms. In that case, the rent is paid by the new tenant. The tenant can pass his staying to each person who is approved by the owner, also during the term of validity of the contract. The first tenant stays personally responsible for his duties towards the owner. If no replacement tenant, the installment of 25% remains to the owner as indemnity. This indemnity implies: • 50% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 29 to 15 days before the arrival date. • 75% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 14 to 8 days before the arrival date. • 100% of the price of the stay if cancellation intervenes during 7 days until the beginning of the stay included. If cancellation is the fact of the owner, this one refunds the paid installment and an indemnity equivalent to: • 50% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 29 to 15 days before the arrival date. • 75% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 14 to 8 days before the arrival date. • 90% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made within 7 days, including the first day of your stay. No indemnity is paid in case of events beyond control. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Promotion
We offer to our vacationers, a reduction of 10 % on the rent of minimum one week, starting from 3 persons. This promotion is available for the period from february 6, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
