To reserve this property, I take a $500 fully refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please give me a 30 day cancellation notice for a full refund. If you cancel inside the 30 day window from the start of your vacation, a full refund will be issued in the event I am able to fill the property over your reserved dates with another family at the same rate. If you short cancel inside of 30 days, and don't give me enough time to re-rent the property, your $500 deposit will be forfeited. Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.

RELAX ON THE BEACH: My goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. I want you to feel that the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my repeat customers. Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
