Position: Under a mile from Villars for its bakery/bar and about three miles from Gemozac or Pons for shopping, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and weekly markets. A short drive to the estuary harbour of Mortagne or Talmont and just over 30 minutes to Royan and Saint George de Didonne for their beaches. Set amongst the vines, this tower wing, part of the manor house where the owners live, is completely self-contained with a separate path to its private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. There are large flower-filled gardens around the manor house where the owners keep some chickens and two dogs. The other garden where there is the enclosed swimming pool (10x5m 02/05-03/10) shared with the owners, who rarely use it, is also an ideal place for children to play.
