Anglais: Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified. The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us. A deposit of $150.00 per week is required at the time of booking. A verbal booking by telephone will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit being paid. The balance plus $200 security bond MUST be received 10 weeks prior to the date of departure. The rental period commences 3 p.m local time on the day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed). Vacation is by 10 a.m on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) to allow sufficient time to clean for the next guests. The security deposit of $200 is payable per booking. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after your return home (usually within 2 weeks), after we have received confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.

Pool heating (if required) $125 per week. For a seasonal quote (Christmas, New Year or Easter) please contact the owner. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: If we are unable to re-book the same dates, your deposit will not be refunded. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.
