Rates are in Canadian dollars.

From Jan 4 to Dec 19 $ 300 per night up to 4 guests. $ 350 per night up to 6-8 guests.

Christmas Season (Dec 20 – Jan 3): $ 350 per night up to 4 guests. $ 400 per night up to 6-8 guests.

Weekly rates from Jan 4 to Dec 19 $ 1800 per week up to 4 guests. $ 2100 per week up to 6-8 guest.

Weekly rates Christmas Season (Dec 20 – Jan 3) $ 2100 per week up to 4 guests. $ 2400 per week up to 6-8 guest.

Deposits/ Cancellations: A 25% deposit is requested upon reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full up to 30 days prior to check in. Sorry, but a full charge will be applied for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hour before the reserved check in date. We accept Visa or Mastercard, Paypal.

Check-in/ Check-out Times: Check-in time at the Folk Tree lodge is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 pm .We do not guarantee that the cabin will be ready before 4:00 p.m. If you will arrive after 9:00 p.m., please call ahead so we may properly prepare the cabin for late arrival. Our check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of 50% of deposit, or under special circumstances you may inquire about re-scheduling your stay for another time within the calendar year. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit, or under special circumstances you may inquire about re-scheduling your stay for another time within the calendar year. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Smoking Policy: Because of our location and for the safety and comfort of our guests, Folk Tree Lodge is a non-smoking environment inside the cabin, barns and other buildings. To prevent the possibility of forest fires, ash containers are provided in a designated outdoor area. Please respect the beauty and fragility of our wilderness environment! see the FAQ section for more details on the our Fire Safety policies.

Pet Policy/ Guest Horses: No pets please. We love animals but due to possible allergies of our guests we cannot accept any kind of inside pet. You are welcome to enjoy Minuk, our dog, as well as our cats and chickens. Guest horses are housed in a pen with shelter, shade and water. You can bring your hay or we can provided it upon request. (7 $ a square bale, morning and afternoon feeding).
