Anglais: The Residence is just 2km from the center of Batz-sur-Mer and 1.5 km from Le Croisic TGV station, in a private wooded park of 2 hectares.The four buildings that make up the residence are situated on a sandy stretch of the beach, south-facing, at the foot of the coastal path. The residence comprises 62 apartments and offers a wide range of types (some are duplex apartments) from a studio apartment for 2 persons to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 persons, all of which are fully-equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (with shower or bathtub), toilet and television (for a fee).

It has managed to preserve all the character of a seaside village yet with the charm of an Atlantic seaside resort.
