Zihuatanejo Bay and La Ropa Beach View, La Ropa Nido 2 bedroom This condo overlooks the entire bay of Zihuatanejo. Including the towns most popular beach, La Ropa. La Ropa beach has several bay side restaurants to spend the day at using their loung chairs and tables or a great diner at sunset or night. Also water sports galore can be rented here. From the condo you also view the complex's two pools and gardens. The complex has 24 hour security guards and a staff of 6 to maintain the pools and grounds. The complex is a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach or about 400 yards in a straight line. The condo has 2 bedrooms each with private in room bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and views the entire bay and complex pools. This bedroom also has a small outdoor covered terrace with the same views.
Our back bedroom has a window that looks down on some of our garden area and walkway. The living room, dining area and kitchen are one room. This room has an all glass front with sliding glass doors that open for an open air room as well as that entire bay view. The condo comes with a phone, TV with VCR and satelite service, cd player, washer and dryer. The complex has WIFI service on the arched, covered outdoor lobby overlooking the pools and bay. A 15 to 20 minute walk will get you to town center where there are many restaurants, stores, markets and clubs. A 20 minute taxi will take you to Iztapa which is more of a resort town. Payment Policy:
Rates are in US Dollars.
50% of the total rental is due to book and hold the condo. The balance 50% plus a refundable $300.00 damage deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
A personal check in US funds is primary. We take VISA, Master Card and American Express but add 5% for card and bank fees. When using a credit card the refundable damage deposit is not required. Or a wire transfer in US funds to our bank with an added $25.00 transfer fee. Cancellation Policy:
We retain 10% of the rental if cancelled after booking up to 60 days prior to arrival date. We retain 30$ of the rental if cancelled with 59 to 15 days prior to arrival date. We retain 100% of the rental if cancelled with 14 days or less prior to arrival date. If we can re-rent the condo all money will be returned. Rules:
Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
No pets are allowed by anyone other than owners at the complex.
It is expected that noise will be kept to a minimum. People, families and groups have been escorted off the property by the police cutting their vacation short or forced into a hotel.
Music in the common areas and pool is through head phones only.
Pool hours and pool rules are posted at the pool.
Our condo is a non smoking condo.
Parking is provided for one vehicle in assigned spaces.
Garbage can be left at the bottom of the steps or elevator.
Long distance calls will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your damage deposit. Phone bills arrive every 2 months.
Guests of rental clients are allowed to visit without spending the night or using the pool or common areas.
