Superb Cabin with Best Views of Grand Lake O' The Cherokees Located 12 miles south of Grove, Oklahoma on the shores of Grand Lake, Givens Point is approximately 1/ 1/2 hours from Tulsa, OK and 1 hour from Joplin, MO.
Grand Lake has 1,300 miles of shoreline. It's 46,500 surface acres of water are ideal for boating, skiing, fishing, swimming and sailing. Woodard Hollow is an excellent place to relax and just cast a fishing line from the available private dock.
This 1500 sq. ft., 2 Bedroom 2 Bath cabin has 1 King bed in the downstairs bedroom and 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room in addition to the Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a tub (with shower head) and the downstairs bath has a skinny shower.
The living room includes a large TV with DIRECTV and a DVD player. A small wood-burning fireplace is centrally located in the living room. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom contains a TV usable with a DVD/VCR player (no DIRECTV).
The fully equipped kitchen contains dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware and a dishwasher. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
- If you are staying 2 nights, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged, however, if you are staying 3 or more nights, we will pay the cleaning fee.
- These rates apply for up to 6 people. Additional guests, add $10 per person per night.
- A $500 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. The entire amount is due 30 days prior to your first night stay. After your stay, if there are no damages to the property or contents, your deposit will be returned by mail. Cancellation Policy:
- If you have a reservation and we have received your security deposit, the reservation will be held for that time period.
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the first nights stay, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the first night of your reservation and someone else makes a reservation for your reservation period, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If another reservation does not occur 50% of the amount you would owe for the nights reserved shall be retained and the remainder including deposit shall be returned. Rules:
