Minimum age for the majority of your group is 24. Absolutely no grad parties. A 20% deposit (or first night- whichever is larger) will reserve your preferred dates. We honor VISA/MasterCard/AMEX or Check. Although rates are listed in Canadian funds, we are in the U.S. and payment can be made in the equivalent U.S. Dollars. There are NO HOTEL TAXES on these rates. To figure your cost in other currency, multiply the rate by 1.12 (adding 12% VAT/GST) and use the currency calculator link below. We will provide a rental agreement by email that reviews our policies, which must be returned with your name and date as a signature . Payment for the remainder is due 60 days prior to your vacation time. If your reservation is made less than 60 days prior, the full amount is owed at the time of booking.
