Whole Foods and Ralph's are both less than a mile away.
This is an adorable one bedroom cottage with an open living plan and all the amenities of home. Two sets of french doors provide TONS of natural lighting and outdoor living: one set opens the living room up to a beautiful wooden deck while the other leads straight from the cozy bedroom to the brick patio. There, you'll have exclusive use of the Teak Picnic Table, commercial grade BBQ Grill, 4-person Jacuzzi, wood-burning chimney, and propane Heater. Adirondacks dot the property if you're in the mood to read a good book, surf the internet on the wireless network, or just lounge around.
The loft area is not suitable for small children. The yard is designed with stones, so unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size mattress and pillows. An inflatable queen size bed is available as well. There is a flat screen TV with Direc TV and all the movie and HD channels, a DVD player that streams your netflix, and a surround sound stereo system. The property is very environmentally friendly and includes xersicaping and solar paneling. Please contact the owner directly if you are interested in bringing your pet.
