Ref 7954 Derriana Cottage is a detached traditional style farmhouse overlooking Derriana Lake in County Kerry, 5 miles from Waterville. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, meaning it can sleep five people in total. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Downstairs the living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside, guests have access to a lawned area with furniture and BBQ, and views over the lake. There is also off road parking for three cars. Derriana Cottage is a lovely lakeside cottage from which to discover both the coast and countryside of County Kerry.

Oil central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV/DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to the proximity of the lake please ensure children are supervised at all times. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
