Payment Policy: Only US currency accepted. Personal checks accepted and credit cards are processed via PayPal. Personal checks must be received 10 days before arrival date. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I don't accept credit cards for monthly rentals. Personal checks and US Money Orders accepted. Upon reserving the condo a security/damage deposit of $200 is required and is refunded 10 days after your departure date as long as there is no damage to the unit or it's contents and you depart as scheduled in your rental agreement. Cancellation Policy: If the unit is cancelled 31 or more days before your arrival date, you will be charged a $50 processing fee. If you cancel 30 or less days before your arrival date, you will loose your deposit. This is the policy for daily and weekly rentals. Rules: Throwing anything from a balcony or patio, it is a felony in the state of Florida and this includes cigarette butts. No feeding the birds from the resort or balcony, fines are up to $150! No glass containers any where on the pool decking or beach. No open liquid drinks 4 feet or less of hot tubs, or pools. This is a state law. If you put up a canopy on the beach, it may be removed and hauled off. It is best to take it down by evening. It makes it difficult for the tractors to manicure the beaches early in the morning. Please respect your fellow neighbors and keep the noise to a minium before the hours of 8 am and after 10 pm. Please honor the flag warnings posted by the lifeguard daily.
