Enjoy spectacular ocean views from inside the unit, or outside on either of our spacious covered lanais. No residential rooftops will interfere with your views of the ocean. Upper lanai contains a BBQ area with a Wolf 36" Grill, Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator and custom cabinetry. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, thereby blending the interior space with the beauty of the outdoors.

Built in 2007, our home is like new inside!! The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom Italian cabinetry, high end appliances from Sub Zero, Wolf, Bosch, and Thermador, as well as every piece of cookware, dishware or glassware that you could possibly need.

Our home is one of the homes closest to the lovely tropical Ho'olei pool, spa and recreation area. The Ho'olei pool contains a waterfall, grottos, and a sandy beach entry where young children enjoy playing. Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped and air conditioned fitness center. that contains an array of Paramount and Precor exercise equipment, a sauna, locker rooms, showers and changing facilities. Additional private facilities for Ho'olei guests include an outdoor kitchen and covered pavillion, and concierge services.

A short walk across the street, enjoy the acclaimed Wailea Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui.

Guest services are provided 24 hours per day to guests in this unit by a local management company located in Wailea. Guests in this town home do not have access to the pools and waterslides at The Grand Wailea Resort. However, the beach in front of the resort is a public beach, and all of the restaurants and the spa at the resort welcome outside guests.
