Our cottage is located in the French Touraine region surrounded by historic Middle-Age and Renaissance castles and world-renowned wineries.
The cottage is one of rare and spectacular troglodyte style with one third of the house dug into the Vouvray hillside overlooking the Cher and Loire river valleys.
Maison Melrose offers 3 double bedrooms and may be rented year round for 2, 4 or 6 persons. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Our castle and wine region is Unesco World Heritage site.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.
A 50% reservation fee is requested upon booking. The balance is due on arrival.
The reservation fee may be paid via credit card through PayPal or with a personal cheque.
Please note that we cannot process credit cards on location. Cancellation Policy: f the booking is canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation fee will paid back in full within 10 business days.
If the booking is canceled between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, we will retain 50% of the fee (ie. 25% of the total booking cost) and reimburse the remaining 50% within 10 business days.
If the booking is canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show, we will retain 100% of the fee (ie. 50% of the total booking cost). Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
