Californian Style House : Located in Villeneuve-Loubet between Nice and Antibes Wonderful 170 m² Californian style house built in 2000 and located within a closed domain in Villeneuve-Loubet between Nice and Antibes. Panoramic view over both the Vaugrenier Park and Forest (National Reserve) and the Mediterranean with its fantastic beaches and warm waters. The view includes among other the famous Baie des Anges (Angel's Bay) and all the way to Cap d'Antibes towards west.

The park and forest is located in an extremely nice area for those who wants to spend some time in the nature and also for those who wants an active vacation with walking and / or jogging in both flat and hilly terrain. This area also includes a playground for kids. During evenings and nights the view over Baie des Anges and towards Cap d’Antibes is illuminated by innumerable lights. The house is located only 1 km from the Mediterranean, 1 km from a grocery store and 3 km from a large supermarket.

The residence includes a 500-600 m² terraced garden with Mediterranean trees like orange, apricot, prunes, lemon and mandarin and where the fruits are free of charge for the tenants. Further to this, an overflow swimming pool with water depth from 1.0 - 1.6 meters and secured with alarm.
