Getting there
Just outside the famous Mediterranean resort of Cagnes sur Mer and close to Antibes, Villeneuve Loubet is ideally situated a very short drive from beaches. The medieval castle which overlooks the old part of Villeneuve Loubet is well worth a visit. You may also enjoy visiting the Escoffier museum - in the house where the famous chef was born. 17 km from Nice, 7 km from Antibes, 20 km from Cannes.

Biot. 8 km. Beautiful and picturesque little village best known for its glassware.
Antibes-Juan les Pins. 9 km. Two towns in one! Antibes with its vibrant historic centre with narrow winding streets, a good choice of restaurants, cafés, theatres, piano bars, chic hotels, private clubs and Picasso museum, and Juan les Pins renowned for its gorgeous beaches, exciting nightlife with fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping. Also Cap d''Antibes, a small piece of paradise, home to a number of millionaires.
St Paul de Vence. 9 km. One of the most beautiful and most visited villages in France which has attracted many artists due to its great natural beauty. Also home to Fondation Maeght, FranceÂ’s most important modern art museum with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.
Nice. 15 km. Fashionable and unmissable seaside resort with its wonderful “Promenade des Anglais”, a long boulevard along the seaside dotted with palm trees, its old town with pretty colourful architecture and narrow streets. Take a stroll along the flower market in the “Cours Saleya”, restaurants serving Mediterranean and sea food and bars. Nice is cool in winter and hot in summer.
THINGS TO DO:
Canyon Forest, Villeneuve Loubet. 3 km. Tree top adventure park/Canyoning. Acrobatic adventure park for the young (8 yrs old+) and not so young. Discover at your own pace the 4 trails on offer after an enjoyable 10mn bike ride along a river. Going from tree to tree, balance yourself through an assortment of games such as rope bridges, tarzan swings and giant zip lines, including for the bravest, the longest zip line in France (331m) where you can expect to reach a maximum speed of 70 km/h! Canyoning also available. For the little ones, Pitchoun Forest is a more accessible course for children aged 3 to 10. Larger, more secure and more amusing with an easier access.
Le Labyrinthe de lÂ’Aventure, Villeneuve Loubet. 3 km. A giant maze with 4 km of alleys and dead ends, in which games are hidden for the little ones and the bigger ones!
Marineland, Antibes. 6 km. Aquarium. The greatest marine show in Europe with dolphins, orcas, killer whales and seals. Also aquariums and a 30m-long tunnel surrounded by sharks!
Golf de Biot, Biot. 8 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 67 - 4511m. Pleasant course with narrow and short fairways and a beautiful panorama over the village of Biot. Ideal for beginners.

Tourrettes sur Loup. 17 km. Charming hill top medieval village known as the Violet village and surrounded by superb landscapes. Well worth a detour.
Cannes. 20 km. Beachside resort with its large promenade, chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops and festivals including the famous Cannes film festival in May each year. A walk along the “Croisette”, harbour and sandy beaches is a must.
Grasse. 25 km. Fascinating historic town and world''s perfume capital. Explore the delightful narrow streets or go on one of the factory tours offered by some of the most famous perfume houses.
Monaco. 35 km. One of the most famous and glamorous cities in the world with its casino at Monte Carlo, F1 Grand Prix each May, tennis tournament and of course its incredible nightlife.
