Two independent apartments with two bathrooms, separate entrances and a double kitchen adjacent to and connected by an internal door. Ideal for couples. The total area is 60 sqm. All bungalows are built of brick, are detached and fully-furnished including cutlery and crockery, cupboards and closets, a full bathroom with shower and a veranda furnished with a table and chairs. When necessary, the accommodations are equipped with an air-conditioning system and heating. In the case of a large family, some units can be interconnected to form a single structure with two bathrooms.

The Residence is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, 2 km from Vieste, overlooking a green hillside situated about 90 meters above sea level. This offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the coastline and town of Vieste. You also have a wide view from the mountain slope overlooking the Umbrian Forest.
This family-run residence is suitable for families with children or for those who are looking to enjoy a restful and relaxing holiday.
The resort consists of 22 detached and independent villas built of brick, with one or more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen (or kitchenette) and sofa bed, and a veranda. Each type of accommodation (one, two or three room apartment) is furnished in a simple but functional way.
