This three-room apartment has 5/6 sleeping places and is located on the ground floor. It consists of 1 double bedroom, another little bedroom furnished with 2 single beds (no bunk bed), a living / dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower/bidet/toilet, and an exit to the veranda with outdoor furniture. All bungalows are built of brick, are detached and fully-furnished including cutlery and crockery, cupboards and closets, a full bathroom with shower and a veranda furnished with a table and chairs. When necessary, the accommodations are equipped with an air-conditioning system and heating. In the case of a large family, some units can be interconnected to form a single structure with two bathrooms. These accommodation are disabled-friendly.

The Residence is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, 2 km from Vieste, overlooking a green hillside situated about 90 meters above sea level.
