Beautiful, Well-kept and Quiet Apartment, 400 M to Beach, near the Forest The nice, well-kept apartment is located about 400 m from the beach in a peaceful district on the edge of the pine forest belt of Viareggio.

It has a large living room with a dining area that leads to the terrace with a view of the surrounding houses and pines. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. From both rooms you can enter the balcony. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a modern gas stove with an oven and all cooking utensils, dishes, washing machine, etc. The large, blue bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

In the bordering pine forest belt you will find countless playgrounds, you can go jogging and walking. In a few minutes you can get to Lido di Camaiore with its beautiful bars, restaurants, small shops of all types and fine food shops with Tuscan specialties. In 20 minutes you can get to the old city center of Viareggio on foot and to the famous marina.

Viareggio is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps, 25 km north of Pisa. The lively coastal resort with its expansive kilometer-long palm tree promenade has a lovely city image characterized through art nouveau style and art deco where you can recognize the long tradition of the city.
