A Nice Apartment with Large Terrace And Fantastic View of The Sea Viareggio is located at the foot of the Apuan Alps, 25 km north of Pisa. The lively resort with its kilometre-long palm tree promenade has a lovely, art nouveau and art deco image that lets you see the long tradition of the city. Even today, Viareggio is the largest resort on the Riviera della Versilia and the beautiful beach offers a lot of culture and comprehensive sport and entertainment options. The 3 km long, fine-sand beach has countless 'Bagni' with all beach facilities.
On the beach promenade and in the historic city centre you will find all types of shops, boutiques, restaurants & bars, which group around the nice market square. In the pine belt that goes through the city, you can go jogging - there are a lot of playgrounds and cycling paths. For nature lovers, we offer the nearby Apuan Alps and the Garfagnana with stunning trekking and hiking destinations. A cycling path leads to Maria di Pietrasanta.
The nice and cosy apartment 'La Terrazza' is located on the 4th and upper floor (elevator) and is located on the beach promenade of Viareggio near the Lido die Camaiore. The highlight of 'La Terrazza' is the large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea 150m away. The view from here of the setting sun is often breathtaking. In addition to the well-lit, cosy living room with access to the terrace, there is also a large bedroom with a view of the mountains with their marbled summits, which look like they are capped by snow.
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove and a large fridge. Next to the bedroom is the small children's room with a bunk bed. In a few minutes, you can get to Lido di Camaiore with nice bars, restaurants, small shops of all types and fine food stores with Tuscan delicacies. In 20 min. you can get to the old city center of Viareggio and the famous marina on foot. You can get to the pine forest in just 5 min. Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.
20% deposit upon reservation, rest in cash on site upon arrival. The 100 EUR security deposit is paid on site in cash and returned on departure. The costs for the final cleaning amount to EUR 40 (payment also in cash on arrival). Utilities for heating are 30 EUR per week during fall/winter (October to the middle of April). Service Provision of bedsheets and towels: per person € 12. Normally, the day of arrival and departure is Saturday. But during the shoulder season, we can be very flexible. Please ask us about this.
