La Casa Colonica Farmhouse : Delightful Position Between Gently Rolling Hills La Casa Colonica is situated in the small village “Vernazzano” nearby the highway that leads to Perugia and/or Siena. The very good position makes this, from origin, farmhouse very suitable for those who wants to spend there holidays in a relaxing as well as a culture way. This restored farmhouse, surrounded by vine and ancient old olive yards, is an ideal and healthy place, in the middle of nature, for a lovely holiday!

The apartments are simple but furnished with all comfort. In total 8 apartments, each with his own entrance, terrace or garden. An enjoyable experience which can easily involve spectators of all nationalities, in fact, the actors express themselves in many languages."

The farmhouse has been completely restored, maintaining the original architectural structures and is made up of:
- Five apartments with two bedrooms
- Two apartments with one bedroom

Particular care has been taken in the restoration. Terracotta floor tiles and wooden beamed ceilings help to achieve a warm atmosphere. The apartments are very well furnished in country style with furnishings which reflect another age. Every residence has its own independent entrance and central heating, a lounge, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

In the garden there are two swimming pools for theguests' use, one for adults 14 X 6mt., and a round pool for children up to four years old.There is also a footpath from the garden which leads through the green Umbrian hill.

The room Primula:-Ground floor, 58 m2, Single sleeping sofa, right from the living room, 2 steps lower, bedroom with double bed, other side of the living room hall that leads to other bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, garden in front of apartment.

The room Ginestra:- Ground floor,double sleeping sofa, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

The room Margherita:-Ground floor,bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with mosaic shower.

The room Fiordaliso:-First floor, double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower.

The room Tulipano:-G ground floor,double bed, other bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower.

The room Cipresso:- The stairs lead up to the large double bedroom which has the possibility of adding 2 extra single beds. The two bathrooms are with shower.
