This first-floor accommodation is accessible via an outside staircase. It has an area of about 60m² and can accommodate four to six persons. The living room has a double bed sofa and a fireplace. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave (free upon request) and Italian coffeemaker. There are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Much attention has been paid to the decoration of each house. This property shares a balcony with the adjoining Rosa apartment. Typical are the antique furniture, terracotta tiles and chestnut wooden ceiling which provide a rustic look. Each accommodation has its own entrance and guests have their own spot in the garden, complete with garden furniture for exclusive use. In addition, all apartments have central heating and a satellite TV.

Getting there
This accommodation is situated on a farm (farmhouse) in the middle of fields, vineyards and olive groves in the Umbrian town of Vernazzano. It is not far from Lake Trasimeno. The farm contains 9 comfortable apartments, a wine cellar and a recreation hall with a bar and kitchen where delicious local products such as marmalade, wine and olive oil can be sampled and bought. Upon request you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast with homemade cakes and cookies (order in advance). The owner also organizes cooking courses and wine tastings. Once a week you can participate in a (free) wine and olive tasting where you can sample a variety of different foods. The complex, which is surrounded by lush green hills, has a swimming pool (14x7m) complete with beach chairs and a small pool for children. Other facilities include a laundry, a large stone oven which you can barbecue on, a tennis court, playground and private parking. The owner has his own horses, donkeys, ponies and goats on the farm. You have free use of the bicycles and mountain bikes (please reserve in advance) so you can explore the beautiful surroundings.
