Mille Founs is a sympathetic restoration of an old farmhouse and adjoining barn dating back many centuries, with wonderful original exposed oak beams, chestnut floors and stonework. The 3 large double bedrooms are arranged over 3 floors in the farmhouse, while the living areas and kitchen are situated in the spacious, open-plan converted barn with its impressive beamed roof structure. The house is several minutes walk away from the nearest neighbours, offering total seclusion and tranquility with stunning views. The terrace in front of the house has a table and benches for dining al fresco and a BBQ. There are also garden chairs.
The hill-top private swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps and is a constant depth of 1.3m. There are plenty of parasols and loungers arranged around the pool terrace for total relaxation and sunbathing. Pool toys are also provided for children and the pool area is fenced and gated for safety. With many trees in the grounds, there are lots of shady spots for guests to sit and enjoy a good book. The extensive grounds and surrounding countryside offer plenty of opportunities for walks and nature lovers will be amazed by the varieties of wild flowers, butterflies and birds which fill this unspoilt corner of France. Payment Policy: All the Rates are in British Pound.
Cancellation Policy: Subject to Clauses 1 & 2 above, in the event of a cancellation refunds of amounts paid (excluding initial deposit) will be made if the Owner is able to re-let the property. The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, etc, since these are not covered by the Owners' insurance.

To reserve the property, you should complete and sign the Booking Form and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit. Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, we will send a Confirmation Statement.
The balance of the rent, together with the security deposit (see Clause 3), is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
A security deposit is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents - this amount will be included in the pricing details on the Booking Form. However, the sum reserved by this Clause shall not limit the Client's liability to the Owner. The Owner will account to the Client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.
This contract shall be governed by English law in every particular, including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any Court of competent jurisdiction in France.
