Cancellation Policy: In case you decide to cancel your reservation you will be refunded as follows:
100% of your current payment if the cancellation occurs 60 days before the renting.
50% if the cancellation occur between 60 and 30 day before the start date of the renting.
10% up to a week before the start date of the renting.
Nothing between a week and the start date of the renting. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
General Rules
Smoking indoor is not permitted; you can smoke on the terrace only.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
In case you lose the apartment's keys, we are allowed to charge the amount of 300,00 Euro each key, to provide a new safety lock.
In case you will forget the keys inside the apartment and our staff presence is required to open the door, we will be allowed to charge the amount of 50,00 Euro.
