The house rental has 3 bedrooms, 1 living-kitchen-dining-room very large, a large living room with sofa bed, 3 bathrooms with shower one with bath and balcony terrace.

This cottage is located in an area of 241 950 square feet (4 ½ acres) in so mmet the highest mountain in Val-David, where the view is breathtaking and where there are no neighbors nearby. It is located just next to the Parc Régional Dufresne (to link) (1900 acres of crown land). You have access to the slopes of the park directly from the field. You can choose from hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing or snowshoeing and even the rock climbing walls.

Very comfortable for 10 to 12 people, ideal for 6 adults and 4 children. Safety barriers were installed in the staircase of this house to rent to protect children. We're not at the water's edge, but with our climate, you will enjoy our spa equally usable in the year.
