Private Residence Rental This deluxe residence with six bedroom, six and a half bath, and two car garage is ideally suited to large groups who want to stay together for their vacation. The centerpiece of this fine home is the great room with full kitchen, entertainment center and deck. A Recreation room with TV, VCR, and wet bar adds even more room to this already spacious accommodation. All bedrooms are complete with private bath with hair driers, full-length mirrors, and terry-cloth robes. There is a minimum three night stay required for this accomodation.
Other amenities available to our guests include: equipment storage and boot/glove dryers, outdoor hot tub, and laundry facilities. We can also help you book restaurant, activity, and spa reservations. Discount equipment rentals and lift tickets are available. Custom catering can be arranged to fit almost any budget. Two persons per guest room maximum and four persons maximum for studio suites.
The use of sofa beds for additional guests will incur a nominal charge.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable less than 30 days prior to arrival, however, we don't want guests to be out of pocket for cancellations so whenever possible, alternate dates of stay may be booked based on availability.
We will issue a gift certificate good for one year.
You may use the gift certificate or present it to another party for them to use.
We shall hold all advance deposits in a non segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.
Adjustments are solely by the discretion of the General Manager.
