Located off of a quiet, well lit paved road in a gated residence, Laguna Vista offers those who are not wanting to "rough it" a tranquil venue of privacy and comfort just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Town Center. Two bedrooms with upscale linens flank a full sized living area with separate full sized kitchen (including all of the amenities needed to prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet dinner). Laguna Vista is not for everyone, but for those that want more than just a room with hot water it may be for you! Standard services include pick up and return to your point of origin on the island, and provisioning and stocking prior to your arrival, if requested. Massage is available onsite for those wishing to indulge, and yoga mats are available upon request. A/C, cable television, and DVD library are included, as is WIFI internet throughout the property. A smoker/grill is on the grounds for those that might want to grill a great catch. Covered parking is provided for those who choose to rent a vehicle.

Laguna Vista is well established on Utila. For those wanting to enjoy the diving the island is famous for we can provide a private dive boat with personal professional Dive Masters/IDC Instructors, or special arrangements can be made with select qualified local dive shops to include you in their groups. Certification in Diving is available from beginner all the way to using Drager Dolphin Rebreathers. Horseback riding, fishing, boating, sailing charters or guided nature walks are only a request away.
