The Palms Rental info: Low season – August 1st thru December 18th Rates: $150 per night up to 4 persons- $800 per week- Security Deposit $500 Electricity will be paid from this after departure . Each additional week requires an additional $100 deposit/current electricity paid.
Each additional person $25 per night. Each additional week (same group) add - $200 per week up to 4 weeks (ie: 4 persons,4weeks =$1400
High season- December 19th thru July 31st.

Electricity to be paid by the 5th of each month Rates December thru July $1200 per month, month August thru November $1000 per month. Weekly rental pay 16% tourism tax. No tax on monthly rentals.
Electricity not included. November Thru February is cooler and electricity should run about $10 per day or less.
The hotter months April thru September can run as much as $15 per day.
Vehicles for rent cost about $60 per day, $350 week, $600 month (4-wheelers/ Golf carts) Motor scooters cost about $35 per day, $220 week, $450 month, and bicycles are also available.
