Villas Geminis is a 5 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the Mayan ruins and cenotes. It is so centrally located, that you can walk everywhere to the supermarket, fresh produce & fish market, restaurants, shops, bank, internet, car rental.

This luxury condo is simply and elegantly decorated with lovely details such as the little river stones aligning the floors, wood encrusted in the downstairs floor and the sinks and counters cast of cream colored cement. It is comprised of 2 levels: the downstairs with a complete kitchen, bar, dining room, living room with a futon (for additional guests) and a complete bathroom. The upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, both w/air conditioning, and balcony overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden. As you near Tulum you will pass Xel-Ha, Hidden Worlds, Tankah Tres and finally the entrance to the Tulum Ruins. After the entrance to the Tulum ruins there there will be a traffic light (the only one)/intersection with a sign that says "Coba" to the right, and "Tulum beach" to the left.(as well as a San Francisco Supermarket on the right). Go straight through this traffic light, at the third small street on your left, you will see an OXXO on your left and a Pemex gas station on your right.

Go left towards the OXXO- that is Calle Geminis, continue one block and we are on the right hand side corner.

Knock on the big brown metal sliding door, or ring the bell. You can park in front of the sliding door, or around the corner, in the cement parking.
