New Tulum Condo This is a great new condo on the south end of Tulum on the edge of the jungle in a new residential area. It's a short 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to town with lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. You'll find this particular unit to be very well appointed with extras you probably aren't used to in a rental unit. We live here full-time so we have added quite a few "creature comforts" you won't likely find elsewhere. When you are here, we'll be available if needed and ready to give you great local tips about little known secrets and local adventures that will make your trip truly memorable. The kitchen is amazing and great for entertaining, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make you and your family and friends great meals. We have lots of beach towels for you to use while you are here, along with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Your rental also includes the use of two bikes for getting around town and to the beach.

There's even an outdoor shower on the patio for the post beach or pool rinse off! If you are trying to decide between a condo-villa in town or on the beach, let us point out a couple of "nice things" about being closer to town in a luxury condo. The first is simple luxuries; here you'll have full-time power, air conditioning, nice pool, US satellite TV, great water pressure for hot or cold showers, wireless internet access and a feeling of being in your very own villa in Mexico. If you are worried about getting to the beach-DON'T, it's a 5-10 minute drive or taxi ride (depending on beach area) to get there and you have a number of great little cabana resorts that will welcome you free of charge-assuming you plan to have a bite to eat or a few drinks there OR you can simply go to the public beach access and bring the chairs, cooler and umbrella with you. Spend your days on the beach or checking out the ruins, lagoons and cenotes and then retreat to TRUE luxury. We live here and I can tell you THIS is a great option, we love the beach, but we love going back to the jungle villa after a long day out in the sun, sand and wind.

The other great thing about being in town is the food and shopping, you have a HUGE variety of options in Tulum town versus the beach where most of the restaurants and shops are more expensive and your choices are somewhat limited. You can get to feeling kind of isolated and captured out there as well, nothing wrong getting away, but it's also nice to have more options for dining and shopping within walking distance, especially if you have been "out there" all day. Near Beach, Private Swimming Pool, Beach, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Outdoor Shower, Patio Take Hwy 307 south from the Cancun airport to Tulum. 1.5 hours from the Cancun airport.
