Country Cottage : Located in a Small Hamlet of the Village of Havinnes The cottage is done up on the floor of dependency of a former farm in U transformed into manor in 19th century. Besides the residence of the owners with which is associated an a former conservatory with cupola forming a winter garden, ownership (3ha50) also consists of a peupleraie, a park containing some notable essence and a long pond in the form of a 8 with a small romantic bridge.
The cottage has an independent entrance as well as a terrace overlooking the park. The accommodation can easily receive 4 persons. The only neighbourhood is an active farm encircled with its agrarian lands.
The owners will have in heart to make you discover charms of the place: the charm of a space afforested in the middle of country alloyed with the nearness of cities of art and culture (less of 10min from Tournai, 30min from Lille and Courtrai, 1h from Brussels, Ghent and Bruges. The access to the cottage is made by an independent entrance where the tenants hace their own parking.
The Private garden has a barbecue and gardens chairs and table. The children can play on the games in the park. Indoors, the tenants will find a living room with TV and DVD, a dining room, an equipped kitchen (household for 6 persons, sinks, fridge, multifunction microwave, 4 electrical plates, coffee machine, toaster, etc) a bathroom with tub, shower and sink, separated toilet, 2 rooms with double and simple bed.
