Rates for Christmas, New Year, Easter and High season = € 450.00 Per week.
50% reservation deposit.
Security Deposit € 300.00 damage.
Book before 30 days + Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Within 30 days 50% refund.
After 30 days no refund.
Cancellation always return the Security Deposit. Rules:
Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
The key will be delivered on arrival and departure within the timetables agreed.
Security Deposit will be refunded after this monitoring and the collection will be key.
In case the client can not expect the supervisor to deliver the key, you must leave it on the dinner table, together with instructions for returning the Security Deposit (Number bank account for example), so this will be done within NEXT 10 business days.
