Ref 8929 The Annexe is a lovely wing of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the resort of Tenby in South Wales. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms consisting of one 2nd floor king-size double with en-suite shower and a 2nd floor twin (zip/link - can be a super king-size double on request) as well as a 2nd floor family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a 1st floor kitchen with dining area and a 1st floor sitting room. Outside is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden with furniture situated 20 yards from the property. The Annexe, along with the main part of the house sleeps 16 people in total and is an ideal base for families and friends.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from gas fire in the sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, both with DVD, 1 with Freeview, CD/radio, small library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with furniture 20 yards from property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: This Tenby cottage is accessed via an external metal staircase with open steps so care should be taken. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
