Written cancellation less than 7 days: One half of the Security Deposit will be refunded. Written cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: Landlord will retain full Security Deposit. Cleaning fees are non-refundable. Rules: Tenants must follow Homeowner's Association CC&R's. A copy is available upon request.
