Also have 3 bedroom units available! Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation more than 7 days prior to start of lease: Full Security Deposit will be refunded less $100 Cancellation Fee. Written cancellation less than 7 days: One half of the Security Deposit will be refunded. Written cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: Landlord will retain full Security Deposit. Cleaning fees are non-refundable. Rules: Tenants must follow Homeowner's Association CC&R's. A copy is available upon request.
