Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros.

Once Home4Trip has confirmed the availability of one of its apartments, you will have to pay 25% of the total price of the stay by means of a credit card. (prices are shown in Euros)

The remaining balance for the stay in the apartment has to be paid by the client in CASH to the home owner upon arrival (please remember, NO CASH, NO CHECK IN!).

There are some apartments whereby full payment by credit card is possible by adding a surcharge of 3% (Visa or MasterCard) or 4% (American Express) to the total. For details, please see the apartment description. Exceptionally, this payment can be made by means of a bank transfer provided always that (i) the corresponding NET amount (wire costs are taken care of by the guest) is received in our bank account one week before your arrival (ii) we have confirmed to you in writing that we have received such amount. Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 25% reservation deposit for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. - More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount. - 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount. - 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount. - Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.

In the event that the client changes the dates or apartment, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy stated herein.

If Home4Tripshould be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorised to cancel the contract. In this case Home4Tripwill refund to the client all monies paid (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case). Home4Tripwill not be liable for further claims by the client. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
