The wetlands of the Ria Formosa is a paradise for nature lovers. Tavira Island offers beach cafes, bars, restaurants, long walks and sporting activities. This 4km stretch of white sand remains unspoilt and peaceful. It can be accessed by short ferry crossing from Tavira centre, ferry taxi from Quatro Aguas or miniature railway from Santa Luzia. There are numerous other beaches (5 with prestigious blue flag) to visit in the 24km coastal stretch between Tavira and Monte Gordo. High season changeover day is Saturday. For other periods alternative days may be possible. Check-in time is 4pm. In order to allow for the weekly clean check-out time is 10am. Early arrival or late departure accommodated whenever possible.
A non refundable 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of £300 payable with the balance which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory inspection/return of remote controls. All breakages/damage/extra cleaning/ replacements will be charged form deposit. High chair/ cot supplied at an extra cost at the time of booking. To comply with insurance regulations we are unable to accommodate pets or smokers.
