Payment Policy: All rates are set in New Zealand currency. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking with bank details made available once confirmation has been made. The balance paid within 24 hours of your arrival and before departure. Please note we do not have eftpos. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a booking is required within a reasonable time. Anything less than 48 hours of notification will forfeit the refund of the deposit. It is wise to have a travel insurance. Rules: No pets. (We have two friendly cats Scamper and Poppet and a very quiet natured dog named Becky that we can share with you) Garbage and recycling bins are easily accessible for your use. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Shared parking is to be used in consideration with other residents on site. No house parties thankyou. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm On departure please return key to Hosts.
