Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.
Deposit: 500 euros to give the caretaker on arrival you will be returned upon departure. Loads (hot and cold water, electricity) are included in the price of the rental after a reasonable consumption. Advance: the collection of this sum by the owner serves as confirmation between the parties. The balance must be paid 30 days before entering the premises. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of contract by the tenant and what may happen (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event). • Within two months the deposit is forfeited to the owner. • From one day to two months before arrival, payments (deposit + balance) remain with the owner. If the tenant does not appear on the day specified in the contract, made within 24 hours without notifying the owner: "this contract is considered terminated, amounts paid retained by the owner, lessee, however, will obligated to pay the balance within one week after the day specified in the contract.
