Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be notified by letter.
In case of cancellation of contract by the tenant and what may happen (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event), the deposit will be retained by the owner.

• From one day to two months before arrival, payments (deposit + balance) remain with the owner.
